  • Standard Orders: All standard orders will be processed and delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Preorders: Preordered items will be processed and delivered within 15-20 business days from the date of purchase.

We have standard shipping methods and these shipping methods will influence delivery time based on your location.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on a flat shipping rate based on the destination of your order. You will be able to review the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Orders: After processing, delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes between 8-10 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination address.
  • Preorders: Delivery for preorders will follow the 15-20 business days processing time and will vary based on the shipping method and destination.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at artofcareapparel@gmail.com to correct it.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy if international shipping becomes an option in the future.
